We receive very regular questions from our visitors, here is the list of the most frequent :
1. How many free products do I order and what are the costs ?
If you only order free items, you will not be able to order that 9 items maximum. For each article 4.99$ fees will apply
If you order other items at the same time that our items for free, you can choose one free item per tranche of $30 spent, and in this case the shipping costs will be only 4.99$ regardless of the number of items ordered
2. My item is still not arrived, is this normal ?
The delivery takes about 3 to 5 weeks.
If that's less than 5 weeks, just be patient, your order is on the way
If your item is still not here after 8 weeks, we will refund you 100%. This only happens, however, that a very exceptional.
3. Why the delivery is so long ?
We always strive to obtain the best terms and rates for our clients.
We deal directly with the creators and suppliers, and for this reason our delivery times may go in exceptional cases up to 7 weeks.
4. There are missing items in my order, where are they ?
We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, each vendor is in charge of a particular product.
If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different kits, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, other slower). By cons, if you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same packet.
5. Do you ship abroad ?
Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world except in Iran.
6. My item is damaged, can I get a refund ?
Absolutly, if your item arrives broken, return it to us and you will be refund.
7. I made a mistake in the size of an article, and then I get a refund ?
Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your item is a clothe.
8. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund ?
Of course, simply contact us and we will give you the procedure.
You have 30 days from the receipt of the goods.
You will just have to return the item and we refund 100%. The return costs will be at your charge.
